After a powerful, nurturing time in Northern Italy where our days were filled with rich and full experiences to ignite the creative spark, I have dedicated the audio meditation for the Aires Full Moon to igniting that spark within all those who choose to honor the old traditions of celebrating the Goddess in her full lunation on the 13th/14th of this month. The ritual has been posted as well as the guided audio meditation. Click here
The community of Damanhur has attracted interest from scholars, educators and researchers in the fields of art, social sciences, spirituality, medicine, alternative health, economics and environmental sustainability.
Founded in 1975 from the inspiration of Falco Tarasssaco, his vision has inspired the creation of a fertile reality based on solidarity, sharing, love and respect for the environment. As a result, Damanhur has slowly expanded into a United Nations award-winning sustainable eco-community. A vision that needs to be expressed in leadership throughout the world.
Damanhur is perhaps best known for its extraordinary subterranean work of art and architecture, a cathedral known as the Temples of Humankind. This amazing temple if light was entirely dug by hand into the heart of the mountain. Decorated with mosaics, stained glass, sculptures, wall paintings and other works of art, it is dedicated to awakening the divine spark present in every human being.
It is a place on our beloved earth where every encounter is an opportunity to remember our shared essential divine nature. A place to emphasize the importance of change, humor and a respect for all life. A place to discover your divine expression and ignite the creative spark within. I am in the process of organizing another experience in October of 2020, The Year of the Puma, for those who may have an interest. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will share the details of this experience as space is limited. The experience of Damanhur opens one’s spiritual path through a lifelong process of self-exploration and search for the meaning of existence. This is facilitated through the study of ancient magickal traditions and the celebration of the rhythms of nature.
In 2005, Damanhur received recognition from the United Nations Global Forum on Human Settlements as a model for a sustainable society. This was a result of Damanhur’s deep respect for the environment as a conscious, sensitive entity and a commitment to co-existing with the plant and animal worlds, as well as intelligences that inhabit this universe, in a reverent and nurturing way.
Wishing you a full moon of creative potential.
Love and rainbows, Robbyne
