Having deposited the greenstone in the Rhine River the night before, I would continue to make sacred water each day with the andara crystal and Pounamu to deposit the healing water in each port we would visit, while continuing to make a prayer for global peace and unity.

I quickly discovered that in the next town of Koblenz, many things had occurred of great interest providing confirmation of the guidance I had been given to continue to heal the history of the past along the Rhine River. Koblenz sits on the bank of the Rhine river where the Mosel River flows into it.  Besides countless wars between Germany and France trying to claim the land for the individual countries, Koblenz held an energy of fear, as it was one of the first regions to hold trials against women claiming they were witches.   The true definition of a witch is one who follows the first religion, the earth religion, honoring the seasons and the natural world for the gifts they bring.  The murder of these innocent women needed to be healed.

Of equal importance the cathedral in the center of the town had its own special legacy.  When the stained glass windows were commissioned the entire township was asked which women they would like to see honored and the three following names were given.  Mother Therese, for her selfless work to help all of humanity was the first; the second woman to be honored was Edith Stein an amazing woman who was born into a Jewish family, lost her faith and became an atheist as a young teenager.   After reading the story of a mystic she was so deeply moved she converted to follow the Catholic faith.    She became a nun and began doing great work for the poor and those suffering.   When the Nazi regime began to take over many regions in Europe she was transferred to a church in the Netherlands.  Despite the attempt to keep Edith Stein safe, the Nazis captured anyone who had been born of Jewish descent.   Edith was sent to Auschwitz where she died in a gas chamber at the age of 50.  The amazing story of this woman is there are several accounts of people who had life threatening illnesses and called upon the spirit of Edith Stein after her death only to experience remarkable healing.  The Church of Rome would later canonize her.    Finally the third woman was Sophia Yamaika.   She was only seventeen when she joined the resistance during the war to assist with saving thousands during a very dark time in humanities history. I mention these three great women because when the vote was given to choose the heroines that would be honored in the stained glass windows of the church it was obvious religion made no difference.   This was a decision based on the great works these women did for the higher good of all humankind, not based on any particular faith.  The entire township chose to  honor women of courage and strength who followed their own path.     As I poured the sacred water into the Rhine at this port, I continued to pray for the acceptance of all people and the right to worship and live a life of individual truth.    I also prayed that many people who currently stand on a crossroads, choose to step through the fear and make the changes they feel inside.  This is a time to reclaim our individual power and truth.

Along the Rhine we would see  stunning scenery, the Goddess at her best.  These were the images that had inspired artists and writers in the past.  I too was inspired to write the on going story of weaving the cosmic web.  I would experience so many emotions as we sailed along the river.  There would be times of great sadness that would overcome me; other times I could feel anger well up inside of me.  It would be the beauty of the nature, as it has always been, that would speak to me in mysterious ways with messages of guidance and hope.  It was clear that this had now become my personal search for truth as I felt many things changing inside of me.

There was so much more of this journey that lie ahead.  Having little access to the outside world I felt the need to go deeper within me.   I knew the next part of my journey would be most powerful, as the dark lady of the mountain of Montserrat had called me and something deep inside knew more changes would be coming.  Visit the website tomorrow for the story of the Lady of the Mountain.

Love and Rainbows,

Robbyne
